KPCTA and ETEA Sign MoU to Ensure Transparency in Recruitment

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) and the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at ensuring transparency, merit, and fairness in the recruitment process.

Under this agreement, the ETEA will oversee the testing and evaluation procedures for KPCTA recruitment, making the hiring system more reliable and credible. Officials stated that the step will eliminate doubts regarding favoritism and will give every candidate a fair chance.

The collaboration highlights the government’s efforts to strengthen good governance and maintain public trust in institutional procedures. By joining hands, KPCTA and ETEA aim to create an accountable and transparent mechanism that will serve as a model for other institutions in the province.

This MoU is expected to boost confidence among applicants and ensure that only the most deserving candidates are selected through a fair evaluation process.
