Nawabshah, 17 August 2025 — The National Disability and Development Forum (NDF) Pakistan has achieved a remarkable milestone. Its President, Abid Lashari, has been nominated for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz.
President Asif Ali Zardari has nominated Mr. Lashari for the prestigious Pakistan Civil Award 2025. This recognition highlights his commitment to enhancing the lives of persons with disabilities across the nation.
Alongside his role at NDF, Mr. Lashari serves as CEO of the Pakistan Down Syndrome Association (PDSA), marking a significant accomplishment in disability rights advocacy in Pakistan.
