PESCO Completes Five-Day Project Management Training
PESHAWAR — A successful five-day project management training program for PESCO employees has recently concluded. This initiative aimed at enhancing the professional capabilities of the company’s workforce. Training Program Overview Organized by the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), the program underscored PESCO’s dedication to improving employee skills. The training focused on essential components of project management, including: Planning Execution Monitoring Evaluation Interactive Learning and Exercises Participants engaged in interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises.
