Ex-UN Official Praises China’s Poverty Alleviation Framework

BEIJING — Khalid Malik, former United Nations Resident Coordinator in China and ex-Director of the UNDP Human Development Office, has praised China’s poverty alleviation efforts. He highlighted China’s success in redefining institutional frameworks to lift hundreds of millions out of poverty.
