ISLAMABAD — The price of gold saw a substantial increase in the local market, rising by Rs 7,250 per tola. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the rate for 24-karat gold per tola reached Rs 439,966 on Friday, up from Rs 432,716 on the previous day.
This increase in gold prices reflects a notable shift in the market dynamics as traders and investors adjust to changing conditions. The surge is indicative of the market’s response to broader economic factors currently influencing metal prices globally.
Such fluctuations in gold prices are closely watched by investors and market participants, as gold remains a key asset for hedging against inflation and economic uncertainty.
