ISLAMABAD — Gold prices surged significantly in the local market, increasing by Rs 7,250 per tola. On Friday, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association announced that the rate for 24-karat gold per tola rose to Rs 439,966, up from Rs 432,716 the day before.
