JEDDAH — The 2026 Hajj operation is in its final phase, with efforts to repatriate Pakistani pilgrims progressing rapidly. Omar Butt, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, announced that 46% of pilgrims have already returned to Pakistan.
Repatriation Process
Currently, 55,000 pilgrims remain in Saudi Arabia under the government scheme. Departures from Jeddah are set to conclude within the next 72 hours. This timeline ensures a smooth and efficient return for the pilgrims.
Final Arrangements
The last flight is scheduled to depart from Madinah on June 30. The ministry is committed to executing the operation smoothly, ensuring all pilgrims return safely and on time as per the established schedule.
