ISLAMABAD — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammed Ishaq Dar engaged in discussions with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi on regional developments. The meeting took place on Friday, where the two officials expressed concern over the recent ceasefire violations by Israel in Lebanon.
During the conversation, both leaders highlighted the gravity of the situation in Lebanon and underscored the need for regional stability. The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister congratulated the leadership, government, and people of Iran on various achievements, strengthening bilateral ties.
