PESCO Completes Five-Day Project Management Training

PESHAWAR — A five-day training program on project management for PESCO employees concluded successfully, aiming to bolster the professional capabilities of the company’s workforce. Organized by the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), the initiative reflects PESCO’s commitment to enhancing employee skills.

The program covered essential aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises, gaining valuable insights into modern project management practices designed to improve organizational performance and ensure effective project delivery.

Under the vision of Chairman Board of Directors PESCO, Himyatullah Khan, and CEO PESCO, Akhtar Hamid Khan, additional specialized training initiatives will be rolled out in the coming months. Director General Human Resources PESCO, Siab Ahmed, emphasized that these programs are a key element in promoting employee development and supporting organizational growth.
