PESHAWAR — The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has instructed authorities to address identity document issues affecting renowned singer Nazia Iqbal and her family. The court made the directive during a session on Monday.
Advocate Saifullah Mohib Kakakhel, representing the petitioner, informed the court that Iqbal and her children have encountered significant obstacles due to these document-related problems. The nature of the difficulties, however, was not detailed during the proceedings.
The court has emphasized the need for a swift resolution, urging relevant departments to facilitate the process and alleviate the family’s concerns.
