ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif hoisted the national flag at the Pakistan Monument on Thursday to celebrate Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day.
The ceremony took place at this symbolic location in Islamabad, representing national unity and strength. Political leaders, dignitaries, and young students from across the nation participated in the event.

Meanwhile, 21-gun salutes in provincial capitals commemorated 78 years of independence, underscoring national unity from Islamabad to all provinces.
