LAHORE — In a bold move, the Punjab government announced a substantial tourism development program as part of its 2026-27 provincial budget, dedicating Rs471 billion. Development of New Tourism Circuits
The budget outlines the establishment of eight new tourism circuits. These circuits are strategically planned to boost the local economy by increasing tourist activities, thereby fostering economic growth in Punjab.
