LAHORE — The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has taken decisive action by sealing three food units and disposing of a significant amount of substandard and expired food items. These enforcement operations were conducted in various areas across Lahore.
Officials from the PFA stated that the authority remains committed to maintaining food safety standards and protecting public health. The operations aim to ensure compliance with regulations and to enhance food quality in the region.
The authority has reiterated its resolve to continue monitoring and inspecting food outlets to prevent the sale of expired and low-quality products, safeguarding consumers from potential health risks.
