ISLAMABAD — Prominent religious scholars and leaders from various religious schools of thought have expressed their unanimous support for the Paigham-e-Pakistan Code of Conduct. During a meeting on Saturday, they pledged their cooperation with the National Paigham-e-Aman Committee (NPAC) to ensure peace and order during Muharram-ul-Haram across the nation.
The religious leaders emphasized the importance of unity and mutual respect among different sects during this significant time in the Islamic calendar. By adhering to the Paigham-e-Pakistan Code of Conduct, they aim to prevent communal conflicts and promote harmonious coexistence.
The commitment from religious representatives underscores the collaborative efforts by religious communities to support national peace initiatives. Such cooperation is deemed essential for maintaining social harmony throughout the month of Muharram.
