ISLAMABAD — In a slight gain on Friday, the Rupee appreciated against the US Dollar during interbank trading, closing at Rs 278.32, a marginal increase from its previous rate of Rs 278.35.

The State Bank of Pakistan reported an increase in the Euro by Rs 0.66, closing at Rs 321.96, up from Rs 321.30. Similarly, the British Pound rose by Rs 0.50, reaching Rs 372.93 compared to Rs 372.43 from the previous day.

- The Japanese Yen remained unchanged at Rs 1.73.
- The Emirate Dirham held steady at Rs 75.78.
