Sindh Leaders Vow to Eradicate Child Labour

KARACHI — Sindh Governor Muhammad Nehal Hashmi and Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah have reiterated their commitment to eliminating child labour and ensuring the protection of children’s rights, including education and safety. Their statements coincided with the observance of the World Day Against Child Labour.

In their separate addresses, both leaders emphasized the importance of securing a better future for children by eradicating practices that hinder their development and well-being. They highlighted that every child deserves the right to education, a safe environment, and opportunities for a brighter future.

The reaffirmation of their dedication comes as part of a broader call to action against child labour, which remains a significant social issue requiring concerted efforts from government and civil society to address effectively.
