ISLAMABAD — Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Professor Ahsan Iqbal said Wednesday that 11 National Economic Missions approved by the National Economic Council (NEC) would serve as the central framework for Pakistan’s development agenda under the “Uraan Pakistan” vision.
Ahsan Iqbal made the remarks while briefing the NEC at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad.
The missions, endorsed by the council, are designed to align state resources and policy priorities toward accelerating national growth and structural economic transformation.
