ISLAMABAD — The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced a power suspension schedule for Tuesday across various regions to accommodate necessary maintenance and routine development work. An IESCO spokesperson detailed the planned outages to ensure public awareness.
In the Islamabad Circle, electricity will be interrupted from 7:00 am to 11:00 am for areas including Shareefabad, Ghouri Garden, CWO, G-10 Markaz, Category House, and G-10 Muave Area feeders. The Gharial feeder will experience outages from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
In the Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, power supply will be suspended from 7:00 am to 11:00 am in sectors served by the Nogazi, Bajniyal-1, Top City, FECHS, NPF-I, NPF-II, Doctor Town, PWD-I, and PWD-II feeders. Rawalpindi City Circle’s F/Block feeder will also be affected from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. The Attock Circle will see outages on the Attock Rural, Teen Mela, and Bagh Nelab feeders from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
The GSO Circle will face power cuts in areas like Mirpur-4, Mangla Colony, Bong No-2, Mirpur-2, and Mirpur-3 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Additionally, the 132KV New Wah to POF, 132-KV Chakwal-Bhagwal-Talagang, 132KV Kahuta City-Palandri, and surrounding areas will experience outages from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
IESCO management has apologized for the inconvenience to consumers, affirming efforts to complete work swiftly. Restoration of power ahead of schedule will be a priority if maintenance concludes early.
