ISLAMABAD — Pakistan has secured a $700 million policy-based loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to support significant insurance reforms. The agreement was signed in Islamabad by Secretary Economic Affairs Muhammad Humair Karim and ADB Deputy Country Director Hussain Haider.
