ISLAMABAD — The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has launched an extensive National Hockey Development Roadmap to enhance hockey standards nationwide. This initiative focuses on advancing the sport from grassroots to international levels and aims to highlight women’s participation in hockey.
The roadmap outlines strategic measures to boost hockey infrastructure and talent scouting programs across the country. Efforts will be concentrated on identifying and nurturing young talent, alongside promoting women’s involvement in the sport, to boost participation and competitive performance.
By implementing these reforms, the PHF seeks to reinforce Pakistan’s standing in international hockey competitions, ultimately restoring the country’s historical prominence in the sport.
