ISLAMABAD — The Ministry of National Food Security has decided to supply wheat to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa following directives issued by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The federal decision aims to address food grain shortfalls in the northwestern province.
Prime Minister Directs PASSCO to Oversee Distribution
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed the ministry to channel the wheat supply through the Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO). The state-run grain storage and procurement body will oversee the entire distribution process.
